were standing near a
taco truck at the

corner of 48th Avenue
and International Boulevard when
someone in a car
opened fire on them

shortly after midnight. The
three were taken by
car to Oakland’s Highland
Hospital, where Morrow was

pronounced dead. Sacramento has
