Five
A bus carrying a
group of tourists skidded
onto its side, ejecting
several, and killing at
least four instantly. The
crash occurred around 3:20
p.m. on U.S. 101.
The bus hit a
center divider on the
four-lane highway in
Soledad, perhaps on an
overpass? Responding to the
accident were more than
a dozen ambulances and
eight helicopters. Without cafeteria
trays, colleges find savings.
