Recently i heard a rumour they might begin to charge for air, just as they now charge for water here. A scary thought, inspired by this beautiful writing.

I remember passing an Oxygen bar at the airport once. They were offering different "flavored" (scented?) oxygen from tanks. I thought it would be a fad, if its investors were lucky. But I don't think it even got that far.

On the other hand, according to a Google search, such things still exist.
